Euclid will be on - site at our clinic, every Thursday of the month, to offer a non - invasive 20 - minute eye disease screening. Based on your doctor’s recommendation, Euclid will be contacting you to schedule an appointment, but in the meantime, you can learn more or book online at https://euclidtelehealth.org/cormed, or contact Euclid’s team at patientsupport@euclidtelehealth.org, or call 1 - 800 - 511 - 5661 to speak with their patient support team who will be happy to answer any questions you may have. HOW TO FIND US Cor Medical Centre is located on the main floor of the Poplar Center, situated on 5504 Macleod Trail near Chinook Centre. This location offers excellent access from all quadrants of the city. There are more than 200 dedicated parking spots to ensure ease of access to our patients. We recommend our patients to park in the underground parking lot. Free limited street parking is available, or you can park in the Poplar Centre parking lot for a fee. Please note that failure to register your license plate number may result in a violation ticket from IMpark. You can register and pay at the IMpark machine located near the main floor entrance or near the elevator from the underground parking, or by texting 3486 to 73337. For convenience, we recommend patients use the wheelchair - accessible underground parking behind the Poplar Centre building at the corner of 2nd Street and 53rd Avenue.
