Women's Health Services Clinic Policies Patient Info and Clinic Policies Cancellation PolicyAt Synergy Women’s Wellness Centre, we kindly request twenty - four (24) hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. No Show PolicyIf an appointment is missed without prior notice, a fee will be charged based on the type of appointment. The applicable fee must be paid in full before any future appointments can be scheduled.Late PolicyWe understand that things can come up, so we offer a 10 - minute grace period for all appointments. If you anticipate being late, please call our office, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled time, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Zero ToleranceAt Synergy Women’s Wellness Centre, we are committed to providing a safe, secure, and respectful environment for both our patients and staff. Inappropriate language, threats, or any form of violent, aggressive, or abusive behavior toward our staff, physicians, or other patients will not be tolerated.
